STONE BREWING CO. - Xocoveza For The Holidays & The New Year      Stout brewed with cocoa, coffee, peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. When I cracked the bottle I was a little nervous as the first thing I noticed was the peppers, ( ehich i am not a huge fan of), but luckily for me that didn't last. Unique and amazing.

TOPPLING GOLIATH BREWING COMPANY  - Light Speed Pale Ale      Previously known as Millennium Falcon (hence my picture) this pale ale is a mixture of Millennium hops and Falconers Flight hops. Nice, very enjoyable.

STEEL TOE BREWING - Lunker Barleywine Ale      Really nice barleywine style beer from Steel Toe. Great balance and flavor. Alcohol is hidden well, but it does sneak up on you. No listed ABV on the bottle, but from what I know it's around 14% ABV. Very good, if you see it, definitely buy it. Would like to find another bottle to cellar and see what happens.

EVIL TWIN BREWING - Molotov Cocktail Single Simcoe Hop Edition      This is a DIPA with a 13% ABV.  Aroma is pretrty faint. Its a little on the sweet side and the booze is a little too noticeable for me, especially as it warms. It was decent, but tough to finish the whole bottle by myself.

ODELL BREWING COMPANY - Brazzle Sour Golden Raspberry      Nice sour from Odell. A little light on flavor, would have liked it to be more raspberry forward, but still a really good beer.  Odell is one of my favorite breweries and can't wait to visit it again in a couple weeks.

BRECKENRIDGE BREWERY - Holidale    "Ale aged in whiskey barrels."  This is their Christmas Ale aged in whiskey barrels with an 8.8% ABV. The whiskey notes dominate both the aroma and flavor, but it's fairly well balanced with malt. As it warms you get some more notes other than the whiskey.  Not bad, but it definitely grew on me as it warmed.

FULTON BEER COMPANY - Barrel-Aged Expat 2015      Interesting,  a barrel aged saison. Aged in red wine barrels. Bottle number 2876 of 3000. I have had the regular Expat and really enjoyed it and this was just as good. The red wine barrels gave it some interesting qualities.

TOPPLING GOLIATH BREWING COMPANY  - Pompeii IPA      Single hop IPA using the Mosaic hop. Great fresh citrus fruit aroma and flavor. Nice balance. A great light IPA. I have only had a few beers from Toppling Goliath, but they are fast becoming one of my favorites.

AVERY BREWING CO. - Liliko'i Kepolo   "Tropical and tart. Belgian style white ale brewed with spices & passion fruit added."  This was really good. Seems like a perfect Summer beer, but it always released in the fall. Tropical fruits galore, simply delicious. Sure wish I would have bought more.
