STONE BREWING CO. - Locoveza Charred, 2015 Series Batch #05       "Stone Xocoveza Mocha Stout. ale brewed with cocoa, coffee, and spices aged & soured in bourbon barrels." Stone basically admitted this barrel aging went wrong and soured in the process, but thought it was still decent enough to release. Sorry, but the sourness completely ruined it for me. The base Xocoveza is so good, and I would choose that over this anytime.

LAGUNITAS BREWING COMPANY - High West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout (2016 OneHitter Series)             Amazing beer. Sometimes I just don't understand the distribution process. In Minnesota, all the liquor stores seemed to get very limited supplies and most had a 1 bottle limit and were sold out immediately. Then a month after the release I see a liquor store in Florida with roughly 20 cases still. A month after that yet, a store in Denver had about 5 cases still on the shelf. I just don't get it. Wish I had more.

ODELL BREWING COMPANY - Saboteur     When I bought this item thought it was a new release. Turns out its not. From what I can tell, it's from 2012. I guess it doesn't really matter, as it was amazing. It aged really well. Very nice wuld ale. Lots of dark fruit, just a hint of tartness and funk. No notice of the 10% ABV. It should not surprise me, all Odell beers are well crafted. If the place I found this has more, more will be in my fridge soon.

Definitely worth a try, great desert beer. No idea this was a 10% ABV based on the flavor. Gives you everything you could imagine reading the profile.
