BROOKLYN BREWERY - K Is For Kriek      "Ale brewed with honey, dark candy syrup and orange peel aged in bourbon barrels on whole cherries."   Really nice aroma with a lot going on; lots and lots of cherries.  I really didn't  notice much from the barrel aging until it warmed then it had some nice bourbon and oak notes. Very tasty, very unique and complex with no notice of the 10.1 ABV. The only downside is the price, its expensive for a 750 ml bottle. Well worth trying once, but not one I would buy again although I would be very curious what some cellaring would do for it.
