GOOSE ISLAND BEER CO. - Brasserie Noir Imperial Stout 2018 Ok, all you Goose Island haters, as everyone and their brother is doing whiskey/bourbon aged stouts, Goose Island throws this out there. Stout "aged in Cabernet Barrels for up to 12 months." Nice change of pace. Very complex, a lot going on. Amazing, but have a feeling this will age well. Glad I snagged a few extra.
