CLOWN SHOES BREWING - CHOCOLATE SOMBRERO Label says its brewed with chocolate malts, ancho chile, cinnamon and vanilla. Smell has chocolate, roasted malts and some alcohol lingering. Taste has alot of chocolate up front, a hint of the cinnamon, some spices and finishes with some alcohol burn. The chile is very subtle. Overall, decent but not great. The balance seems just a little off to me. Its definately interesting and worth giving a shot, but i was expecting a little more in the flavour department.
NEWSTED - HEAVY METAL MUSIC Full length debut from Jason Newsteds (former bassist for Metallica) new band. Good stuff, hard and aggressive like early Metallica era. Nice debut, if you like hard rock, i think you will enjoy this.
